If there’s no means to preempt Trump from holding office, re 14th Amendment, I believe the instant he pardons anyone convicted of seditious conspiracy, a lawsuit should be filed, eventually ending with a vote in both chambers to uphold the disqualification.

I’m no lawyer or Constitutional scholar, but doesn’t pardoning J6 seditious conspirators count as “giving aid or comfort to the enemies thereof” A pardon is not an overturn of a court determination. In fact, it requires admission of guilt.
