It can land, btw! Uses a simplified version of the most recent V-19 Torrent set's mechanism for the middle wing.
Imagine if LEGO had made sets for the Clone Wars microseries as it was airing...
Made a Hellfire Droid companion set since we never got one back then either. The wheels should work too! They'd definitely break if you put force down on them, but just gently rolling over carpet they should be fine!
What if LEGO made a Star Wars Battlefront set back with the first game released in 2004?
Close to having another commission down, slowly but surely getting my creative drive back. Life has actually been going really well, which is helping a lot. Modified Helghast Assault Cruiser from Killzone
v3 of the Kobyashi Maru, giving the Eaves version more standard (but still huge!) pontoons. This is in my old 1:1250 scale for a commission, definitely gonna alter it to fit the new Ent-D scale afterwards!
See? This one brings in inspiration from John Eaves concept sketches as well.
The first Star Trek Voyager LEGO set doesn't even have Janeway in it smh
My favorite season is almost over :( But you can enjoy 30% off all of my instructions to celebrate! liliumbrickyards.com
okay but what if I rigged one of these into a vape housing...
So apparently there's a TOS Bridge LEGO set coming this summer! Torso and hair pieces just started leaking out of nowhere. So wild to me that we're getting an official Vulcan hairpiece!!!
The Spring Equinox is finally here!! My favorite season, please enjoy 20% off all instructions on my website/Rebrickable using the code "SPRING26" through March 24th! liliumbrickyards.com rebrickable.com/users/Lilium...
There's only a split second where it's actually fully focused, this is the best I could get
So glad I chose magenta for this build, little tricky to build with due to the limited palette but I think it fits really well!
Here's a look at the decal sheet, the TARDIS schematic was really fun!!
Didn't get great renders, but it does include a mini Quark's Bar and working turbolift for the engineering module! This was for a crossover comic the customer is making, I haven't watched Doctor Who in ages but it was a really fun creative project.
Fun commission project I just finally finished, a Starfleet-styled TARDIS! Inspired by Voyager and DS9, with a full set of custom LCARS stickers. Only have 3 more commissions until I'm done with all my orders from last year :) Next up is the 1:4775 scale Covenant Assault Carrier!
okay but what if I got one of these and planted a garden in the bed
My 1:1055 (LEGO Ent-D set scale) model of the NSEA Protector from Galaxy Quest! The "wings" were really fun to figure out, I'm very happy with their connection. 966 pieces, 41.7cm/16.4in long. Never give up, never surrender! Instructions: liliumbrickyards.com/product/nsea...
An update to my 1:4775 Halo scale chart! Featuring lots of new ships since last time, including the Autumn-class, Valiant-class, Phoenix-class, Halberd-class, and Orion-class. I have a few more Covenant ships in-progress for commissions! Instructions: liliumbrickyards.com/category/ins...
The wing connection is actually very strong! Here's how the internals look, using angled technic beams that are locked in place. The transition between technic and bricks in the wings themselves is secured by the plates on top/bottom, which act as support beams.
Not my usual thing but I made a silly little school bus for a quick commission and I actually quite like it :)
I appreciate the support :) Here you go! It's about the same footprint when viewed from above.
