Bandit came named too, he was 75 years old when we adopted him. An absolute angel. He’s the one cuddling the blanket. The border collie is Zuzu. She was depressed when Bandit died. Now she loves her new little brother- she plays w/ Ty like she’s a puppy again. 😌💕🐾
Here he is playing with our 12 y/o border collie (he’s ≈ 1 year old), it’s amazing, she’s like a puppy with him. It’s heartbreaking that there is a family who don’t know what happened to this beautiful soul.
This beautiful bundle of love arrived with a name from his foster family. He’s the sweetest boy. My heart breaks every day thinking of the family who was taken, not knowing what happened to him.
NYTimes “front page” 5 online stories this morning ALL are related to the Platner campaign. Meanwhile trump went on an insane/dangerous tirade at NATO summit, refused to fly home on his billion $ theft & inflamed the war w/ Iran. But NY Times prefers to focus on “Dems in disarray” 😡

The new rescue came from Texas b/c ICE took his family, deported them & left this amazing dog roaming loose on the streets. He’s the sweetest boy in the world & my heart will be forever broken for his family. The rescue were unable to reach them to let them know he is ok. 💔😢 ❤️🩹
This is what a patriot looks like. No mask covering their face, putting it all on the line for their principles. The USA needs a lot more of this if we are to survive.
🥵🥵🥵 I actually thought I could plant a couple of hydrangeas and a dogwood this afternoon. Went out to gather my gear and carry the pots over to the beds, and nope.
Had the grandkids over for a backyard bbq yesterday. Way more crowded than DC.
Why is it so much harder to name a male dog than a female?! We’re struggling to find a perfect name for this gorgeous boy.
I just adopted one of those dogs, from Texas. Family taken by ICE and left the dog roaming the streets. He got here 2 days ago and he is the sweetest boy. It’s heartbreaking.
The Border Collie just turned off the World Cup and opened Netflix to Remarkably Bright Creatures, and I think she is right. 🥰
He made it home around 2:30 this morning. Took an hour to get him to agree to come out of the car crate, poor baby been thru so much. But we made it into the house by sunrise, slept on the floor together, and had a lovely first day of belly rubs!
He’s almost here! Transport from Texas complicated and late, but our new baby boy should be in our car by 12:30am. 🙏🏼🐾❤️❤️🐾🙏🏼
