The kids had prepared a little cake for Sasha’s upcoming birthday. She was super touched but was so shy and caught by surprise.
We were invited to make merit with Sasha’s best friend’s family. Went to the House of Blessings foundation that provides housing, education and support to kids from parents who are in prison, and some are orphans. They offered food, snacks, ice-creams and toys donations.
Apparently they don’t have the actual 70mm IMAX. It’s another kind. Also last time I went to an imax it made me sick …
I’m not the kind of person who is a big fan of anyone. I appreciate various artists for various reasons. But somehow, I feel really saddened by Same Neill’s death. I guess he’s such a big part of my cinematographic culture. Jurassic Park of course but also The Piano. A great talent left us.

Well that was a fun morning. 6km loop around Old Town. Beginner friendly pace, lots of tiny stop as we had to wait for traffic etc I did have to catch my breath several times as I’m not used to run and talk at the same time but otherwise was pretty cool.
Am I, me the antisocial introvert, in the MRT at 6am to join a group of runners for a 7km loop in BKK old town ? Yes.

Since I followed ONE account on Swedish my TikTok feed is filled with summer vacation recommandations for Stockholm and also Italy (why ? Dont know don’t care I’ll take it). Now I want to go back to visit my dad and show all my childhood places to Sasha 🥺
Morning run brought back some of my energy. And what better way to motivate myself than registering to not one but two races. A small 1.8K for Mother’s Day with Sasha. Will be her first race. And the Crazy Cat 10K race end of August. Better be training !!!
Head is still in fog. Didn’t really want to get out there but stopped questioning myself and just went out there. No goals, no training, no pace. Just trying to get the motion going and chase the gloom away.
One thing that running has brought me is stress relief. Not having a great day, and the only thing I could think of was “I need to run”. Couldn’t go in the morning as it was raining and later, stress was eating my energy away. Tomorrow I’ll run. I’ll feel better.
Watching Disclosure Day just reminds all of us how Spielberg is an absolute master of his craft. That was so good !!!!
At the hospital for annual visit and vaccine. Sasha got all comfy with her own blanket and pillow as it’s always so cold. Her growth is amazing! 25 May 2025 VS today 27kg ->26.20kg 129cm ->136cm
Went to Chatuchak today. First time in years for us and first time ever for Sasha. Got to spend her own money on whatever she wanted. Even bartered a bit 😄
Only continues watching because of the dog. He’s cute. All the other characters are unlikable and act like potatoes. And makes adventures races athletes look bad. Don’t watch it.
