This is my pen sketch of the JNR series 12 passenger car from my 2024 sketch book. I really hope that on day I’ll get a chance to ride in this type of train! ✨🚂
Fun fact 2: I’ve done a lot of research for a background reference and this is some inspiration of the city where Edgar lives. Most of my references are inspired by an old European town like Nürnberg, Frankfurt, Colmar, Strasbourg, where most of the buildings feature half-timbered architecture.
Fun fact: If you look closely. You’ll see a poster that warning people about the Big bad wolf. It’s posted everywhere in this kingdom.

I choose a reference from an old photo of the Japanese express train named Kamome (Sea gull) that ran between Kyoto and Hakata in 1950s. As a rail fan and vintage enthusiast, This absolutely one of my favorite Japanese express train!
