Haven’t posted in a while. Had a request for Sunday sauce and meatballs with Paccheri pasta.
Steak night, grilled rib steak, loaded baked potato, kale with bacon and shallots. Hubby got a great char on the steak.
Was ambitious today and made a healthy veggie soup in a homemade chicken stock base, 2 types of beans, zucchini, celery, carrots, tomatoes and super greens, added Ditalini pasta, topped off with Parmesan Cheese. This soup will appear again this week and will freeze some.
