I talk D&D on youtube. Where I provide tips and tricks for players and DM's. I also love talking about the following: D&D Daggerheart Call of Cthulhu Cyberpunk DC20 [They/He | Aro | Ace ]
Long day at work. Running on 5 hours of sleep. About to run a game of D&D. Let's do this.
Lore! It can be a fun thing to write and include in your games on any level, but it can be a challenge to get your players to care. Well, there is a very simple way to do so, and we talk about that in today's video. www.youtube.com/watch?v=WNSf...
Huh. Getting a Stardew Valley secret lair drop is not something I was expecting but also not disappointed by.
Spirit deck did spirit deck things. Four games played, two games won. Solid night.
Commander decks I'm bringing to GenCon. Looking forward to getting to play with some friends on here.
The fact that these are called "pocket edition" will always be funny to me. (Had them on PDF but wanted physical copies).
If we're getting Star Trek for Magic. I was expecting a Khan card. So then why in promoting this set to Trek fans. Why use the Cumberbatch version and not the iconic Montalbán?! He'll get a card. It would be weird if that didn't happen, but still. Why promote this one?
I am a little sad that the Star Trek set doesn't have a red shirt pre-con.
Tonight's reading and entertainment. Reading up on some of the classes again.
Apparently my washing machine can kind of play a song from Hercules. What?
It is still wild to me that there is a notable NPC in Descent into Avernus that shares my last name, Falaster Fisk. That became an immediate sign that I can never play or run this game. Things will immediately derail 😂 That being said it's still funny.
I have been really enjoying what D&D 5.5 has brought to the table. However, it does have a bit of an identity crisis. Maybe, Arcana Unleashed could be the turning point that the game desperately needs. We talk about that, on today’s video. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ffa2...
I'm so happy my Artemis II pin actually managed to arrive despite me moving.
I'm so used to the way I organize things. That the moment the Adventures in Faerun book was just one thing out of place. I honestly panicked just now thinking I lost it. All I had to do was look slightly to the left.
What's one of the most creative uses of a spell of ability you've ever seen at D&D or any RPG? Here's a story from one of my tables.
"How dare you counter the most sacred of spells." - The Wizard probably.
Got a quick video for you all today. As my party and I found a weird combo that can make your character huge in D&D! youtu.be/1kBuZecrXis?...
"We all have one plot active. We don't need twelve more before leaving this town!" - The Paladin probably
