Nonstop bumblebee action at the lamb's-ear lately. I made B-cups for them to drink from but they don't hold water long in the extreme heat and draught. There's a lot of wasp activity too but we're on civil terms, and the monarchs are here for the milkweed.

I got so busy that I stopped posting but I had a pretty good strawberry season, even though it was cut short by leaving town at the end of the month. I made jam but it hard set, opps. Froze the rest. Raspberries are just starting now and I planted a golden variety last year. 💛
