I couldn't possibly care less. I see underwear peeking every single day. Some days I see people with their pants practically around their knees. My diaper has a high waistband on me as it is. I wear a shirt. And pants. If it peaks out, it peaks out. Diapers are underwear, I treat them as such.
Oh, this is a really good question. I have kind of talked about this subject a lot - but maybe not something so direct. Alright, lets dive into this specific case.
Been asked this before I am quite sure... Yes, I've changed in public bathrooms while messy.
Depends on what you mean by open. My primary family all know about the diapers, but they may not know I wear 24/7. I don't really have a good family relationship. My mother-in-law knows, and knows I wear 24/7, she's much more accepting and open in general I guess.
Nothing too drastic. A couple times on pat down or machine, just tell them, move on. Once in a baggage inspection where my bag was full of diapers. They see way more shocking things. They see diapers multiple times a day I suspect.
Started as an adult, I wake up wet almost every morning. 98%+ I would guess.
I've changed my diaper just about every type of place. Malls, restaurants, work, doctor, etc. I guess the craziest would be an outhouse on a walking trail.
I just do it? It used to be more annoying, but it's really not at all a big deal. Easiest is with a shower of course, but I can do so quickly either way. Powder + diaper cream or Vaseline would be ideal if you plan on messing. Makes it much easier to clean up. And also, not sitting down in it.
