The leaderboard since Statcast tracking on this stuff began in 2008 REALLY allows you to remember some guys.

Not only did it not happen last year, but the last sinker in MLB that was at least 95 mph and had that much drop was this one thrown in 2023 ..... by Yennier Cano. In fact, these pitches by Cano are the only two sinkers thrown at 95+ mph with at least -10 IVB since 2011!!
