New York City metro public transit organization, the MTA, released a sign describing how to change between the F and M transit lines due to maintenance or other work being done.

The graphic that was created is are the letter F and M in circles arranged vertically, with M in blue and F in pink. Arrow from the M goes to the horizontal location where the F would be, and the arrow from the F goes to the horizontal location where the M would be on, if both lines continued forward.

Wilson: Yes. And most people think that when they are confronted with that project, they think that we want to get our tentacles into everything and start controlling everything. I actually think we need limited government. The government should be significantly smaller than it is, and we need to curtail a lot of the busybodyness that we have. That’s why I would call myself a theocratic libertarian. There is a true libertarian element in this, and yet, the transcendent grounding for what we’re talking about means that we acknowledge the authority of God.

We have racked up quite a body count of awful crimes, and I believe the only way out is for us to repent and turn to Christ. This would be things like no more Pride parades, no more drag queen story hours, no more abortion on demand, no more legalized same-sex unions — all of that, done. That’s the repentance part.

On Monday, two senior administration officials, who spoke anonymously to describe the internal planning, said that cabinet secretaries and federal department heads were working to identify organizations that funded or supported violence against conservatives. The goal, they said, was to categorize left-wing activity that led to violence as domestic terrorism, an escalation that critics said could lay the groundwork for crushing anti-conservative dissent more broadly.
Some of the highest-ranking officials in the federal government used Mr. Kirk’s podcast, “The Charlie Kirk Show,” to lay out their plans.

From his official office at the White House, Vice President JD Vance served as a guest host of the podcast, inviting senior members of the administration, including Stephen Miller, the president’s top policy adviser, to praise Mr. Kirk while also detailing their plans to crack down on what they called leftist nongovernmental organizations. The show was broadcast on the television screens in the White House briefing room and in several West Wing offices.

According to the new science advisory, not all UPFs have poor nutritional quality. The association considers some “heathier” than others because they have better nutritional profiles.

But this is a very small list of foods. It includes low-sodium whole grain breads and crackers, lightly or unsweetened high fibre breakfast cereals and plant-based meat and dairy alternatives that are low in sodium, added sugars and saturated fat such as soy milk, tofu and tempeh.

Findings from a randomized controlled trial from the United Kingdom, published August 4, suggests that eating a diet containing “healthier” UPFs lower in salt, sugar and saturated fat can still result in people eating more calories than they would if eating a minimally processed diet."
