We went out of town Memorial Day weekend and got distracted picking our asparagus.
Never tired of him saying hi to daddy (note; that’s me! Amazing to me every day!).
Tagliatelle with guanciale asparagus shallot chive flower parsley and parm. Duck egg noodles boiled briefly then tossed with duck yolks and cheese, then combined with the sautéed ingredients.
