I've been a Logitech MX Vertical user for maybe a decade now. Feels good in my stupid dumpy hand, has two buttons just above where my thumb naturally rests and a DPI switch on top. It does have a rubber coating that will wear away with time though, I'm currently on my third mouse lol.

Played and beat Hideo Kojima's Celebrity Blorbo Delivery Simulator 2 after roughly a month and a half of playtime, wearing our prized BOOBA backpack for the entirety of the journey

Death Stranding 2's Backpack Customization screen. My backpack was bright pink. The first thing I added was a series of patches denoting blood type, which I had arranged to spell "BOOBA" along the top of the bag. BOOBA remained here for the entirety of the game.

Other attachments included:
• A patch featuring a Rainbow Lorikeet with a rainbow arch behind it
• Two Grenade Pouches
• Two Chiral Antigravity Devices
• One Mini Extra Battery
• One Large Spare Ammo Container Lv2
• Electrobiote charm (marginally-extended battery life)

NOOO finally figured it out. Optimism got the better of me, and audio extraction has improved more than I knew. The whole opening of B2 is taken from the soundboard recording of ATP07. The killing blow is these reverse drum sounds at 0:59, and the faint bass hits that follow in the spectrogram.

I keep feeling this one little pattern of chord progression pop up throughout BOC's Inferno - in particular, between "Deep Time" and "You Retreat In Time And Space", the latter felt like a reprise of the former.

Housemate actually got a few test prints done yesterday, the middle one was the intended size....... look at how tiny they are..........

Three 3D prints of the same model at various sizes. The smallest on the left is barely a centimeter / under half an inch tall. The middle one is nearly two centimeters / three quarters of an inch tall. The largest on the right is a bit over four centimeters / one and two-thirds of an inch tall. A ruler and an SD Card adapter are also present for scale.

Renders of the control deck environment, and all the panels built for the deck, including a few panels that didn't get used. One was an industrial Etch-a-Sketch with "precision" displays for the knobs - unfortunately it didn't add enough mess to the scene, and I had more than enough options!

• VHS Player.
• Terminal screen with buttons along the bottom and side, and two minidisc drives.
• Two large levers.
• A terminal screen laid flat between dual trackballs, along with an array of switches and small round screens.
• A few arrays of rubber buttons: long, square, and round.
• A terminal screen laid flat, with buttons along the left, right, and bottom.
• A 4x4 MIDI drum pad with a set of sliders, rotary knobs, buttons, and a small LCD screen.
• A full-size PC keyboard.
• A 4x8 array of toggle switches, each accompanied by two small LED lights.
• A 4x5 array of small round screens, and another 1x3 column of slightly larger screens.
• A bank of screens, switches, buttons, and levers.
• A two-octave MIDI keyboard with a pitch and mod wheel, an X/Y pad, and a bunch of rubber buttons along the top.

The three unused panels are:
• A tall panel featuring the flat terminal screen and array of long, square, and round buttons. The panels were originally going to be half their size in the control deck, but the details turned out to be completely unreadable at their original scale.
• An industrial-looking Etch-a-Sketch. It features a big flat screen, an eraser slider on the left, and two rotary knobs each with their own segmented displays.
• An audio mixer full of sliders, knobs, an LCD screen, and a big rotary scrubber dial.

There are still a few very simple ways to do basic web searches via Google, free of AI bullshit. 1. There is a simple "Web" mode that *only* returns web results. Find it via the "More🔽" button under the search bar. 2. udm14.com - It does the same as above. 3. Browser Extensions. Search for "udm=14".

Me and @beak.zone have been watching Trial by Fieri, wondering if we'd ever see the Credits Plane hidden in Guy Fieri's head. We didn't know if the modloader actually used it, it was just part of the template. It finally happened for a single frame, 52:22. Yeah that's fine. youtu.be/2qlsAZwbHi0?...

Zen was commissioned to create the player model that Griffin uses for the playthrough, and I helped with face textures (that unfortunately got hidden by the glasses - we couldn't figure out transparency) and tech support in just trying to get the model working at all.

The template we used included a teeny plane for model credits. We didn't know how this would be used, since it doesn't appear in the modloader UI anywhere, but we filled it out anyway.

The actual credits texture at 8x scale, sans transparency because Bluesky doesn't support it.

"I might as well push these stills out at 4k resolution, so I can have them for whatever later on" Didn't spot that I already had this set to render at 200% scale… so I got 8k still renders instead. Okay cool, nice bonus, I'm glad the denoiser process didn't run out of memory at that resolution. 🦊💦
