Sometimes this sword oil smells like crayons.

Some watercolour/gouache don't move much when placed. Some fast, some slow but far. The (Qor) Bohemian Green Earth moves a little but light. The (Winsor Newton) Caput Mortuum moves like it's being chased by the devil itself.

Don't spend a lot of money on expensive porcelain palettes (unless you want to). Just get a cheap set of sushi plates like the one on the left.
