I had to look a week back in my garbage email to pull this back out. What are the not small chances one of them saw a customer showing one of these during a previous years' Pasta Pass and jumped to conclusions? Or carding for alcohol?
The ring I mentioned. The top of the stone is a bit scuffed. I don't know if it can be made smooth again. The ring design is interesting, but it's cheap - it always made my skin green & reacted with deeper peeling, too. But maybe the stone is the same as in this bracelet?
Both Numb3rs and Bones have episodes that talk about the mentos/soda reaction, btw. It's even been memed.
20+ years ago, I was working a Saturday field trip program with various schools. One day during lunch break in a park, an elderly couple was walking by. The guy stops and asks if he can give me his card. I was very distracted, but said, OK. I can't tell you how many smiles it's brought me.
I've trained my brain to tune out commercials and title/closing credits on shows, which is why it took me 4 seasons to notice the point of this one second blip at the start of the title sequence for OG The Incredible Hulk. If I knew how to make gifs, this seems like a useful one. (I have a list.)
I hope a squirrel moment is OK, but this post was literally right above yours and when I saw it I wanted to share it with you even before I saw this right below it. bsky.app/profile/joyc...
It's the clock! People think I'm weird for putting a line across my 7s & Zs, but it's all bc this clock was in my 2nd grade classroom & I couldn't handle the 7 & 2 being flipped images of each other. Like the clock numbers to my brain, my 7s, 2s, & Zs all tended to look the same that year.
Oh, hey - can malachite look messier? Someone just gave me this but couldn't remember what it is. It kind of looks like that, so I was hoping maybe I lucked into an easy answer?
I wish I could enlist help for you for all parts of what you are going through. 2022 was my year for that, so I get it all. I hope you land somewhere better and that you have the support you need for post moving crash and recovery. That took me nearly a year (2 move in 7 months).
Post your warning sign. Does this count? I could add others. Mine are kind of sideways warnings, rather than explicit...
Are those... slinkies... in her hairdo? What a creative use for design inspiration. I like noticing how people do things (mylar gets used a lot!) ST: DS9
I've haunted this page all winter long for years to watch the water reserves for the coming year. I can't remember how to get to it from the main page so others can look up other states, or I'd share the link, too.
It's Ethiopian opal. I'm pretty sure she took pity on me, but like I said - I have no concept of what a gram is, so I couldn't guess how much. She pulled it from the $5/gram box that I couldn't reach bc these old people were standing around it forever. I could only reach the $12 & $15 trays in my 👩🦽.
I am a creative person, and it can show up in artistic ways, but my creativity has always been more inclined towards problem solving. Behold my latest solution:
alt text of quoted post: blue cherry picker hanging black & white, long, thin banner of DT at DOJ with "Make America Safe Again" slogan. It makes me think of this picture from an old history textbook.
How do I know what size this is? It the number 3 one, but it's that metric or imperial? (A neighbor helped me put them back in, but I took the pic first for reference to get more.)
2 fancy screws that help hold down the arm cushion on my chair have somehow disappeared. I don't know what kind they are to look up replacements. Does anyone recognize these from the other arm side who can tell me? Top left screw in the pic.
The save button looks like a bookmark tab. You'd click add a new Playlist to open the naming bar and under that is where you click to pick the visibility option. Once the playlist is made, you just choose it each time you want to add another one. See also the collaboration toggle option.
weatherspark.com/y/2706/Avera... I mean, speaking in weather terms, that's more on the nose than you probably meant.
Gadianton Robbers. Maybe that's what constituents from Utah should be saying to their leaders when calling in to tell them to stop supporting these thugs. @schotthappens.com @sltrib.com @alanwessman.bsky.social @nateforutah.bsky.social @pfstack.bsky.social @michellequist.bsky.social Alma 43:6 - CBP
Refining the lyrics. Still trying to figure out the bridge. Does "we're running" sound like a call to arms or running away? (After hearing this cover, for those unfamiliar: youtu.be/KsrN_jsDFOA?...)
