Today on our work walk Jess and I saw some turtles. One was pretty big and had an incredibly long tail. The other was this one.
Some of these have been in a bin for over a decade but now they can finally see the light of day. Many were won from claw machines.
Ever see a hermit crab switch shells? Now you can! Warning: hermit crab nudity.
Bill feels out a new shell and wears it well in the second picture. Our newer hermit crab, Theodore Lance, is still in his original shell for now.
We kept him, of course, and named him Bill (really Enbilulu) and now he's safely inside a ten gallon tank and even got himself a snazzy new non-painted shell.
Jess and I went to a flea market and found this hermit crab wandering around
It was bigger than Fynn, a Cairn terrier which is the same dog as Toto, but I didn't see any legs or tail or anything. Just a furry mass shambling through the yard. It might be a large groundhog or something. It honestly reminds me of Hankbert. I hope to see it again.
Back in 2020 I drew this so it's existed in some form since then
Today @ladyjess.bsky.social and I helped save this poor little baby squirrel. He had fallen out of his tree and his back legs seemed to be working. We hope he can recover and lead a fulfilling squirrel life.
Here is a dog, his hair mostly cut. He lost patience but lasted a surprisingly long time.
Today is this sleepy boy's third birthday. Happy birthday, Wiley!
I got a new #Clocky alarm clock and the dogs were intrigued.
Yesterday @ladyjess.bsky.social helped me finish the Kanto Pokemon Go Pass in time to get Mewtwo. And not only Mewtwo, but one of the tiniest Mewtwo. Truly a worthy endeavor.
I asked them if ROB was in the movie earlier and they just sent back this
I got a text from the plumbing business set up for the first Super Mario Brothers movie suggesting I add this contact. Does this mean my beloved ROB is going to be in the movie?
I cut open a red pepper and found this. I suspect it's a pepper that started growing inside the other pepper, but aren't sure.
Kurtis the Divine is a trash can dinosaur whose name is a pun. He's wonderful. Except his head has trouble staying all the way up, making him seem shy.
Boo Bot is, as you can see, a little robot disguised as a McDonald's Pumpkin Bucket. Almost all of him is tiny, except his body, which is a Pumpkin bucket.
McDonald's has brought back the Changeables from our childhoods, if your childhood was in the late eighties. I have obtained two of them: Boo Bot and Kurtis the Divine.
I drew these for work but they were deemed "too dark for patients" and I can't imagine why.
These are for a potential work thing and the weirdest thing is that I'm using skills for this project that I learned back in the early 2000s when I was putting together sprite comics.
The next chapter of Zorgnox starts next Monday. Be ye prepared? Probably.
