Let's talk Strategic Oil Reserves. The US produces a lot of sweet crude oil, but overwhelmingly needs sour for refineries (they were build in the 80s, when we imported oil). The SPR currently holds over 314million barrels of oil. 1/n www.spr.doe.gov/dir/dir.html

They are suing because she is filing a competing trademark for apparel. They don't care about her doing drag, only competing with them with a similar name logo. They are defending their trademark, and suing for the minimum ($1).

I think Children of Dune is a good ending too. Even if you just want the politics and not philosophy, you go with the trilogy. And even if you go after that, there are still several more books before the-son-we-don't-name took over the franchise. Would kill for the weird-sex-stuff movies tho.

This has personally been such a traumatic week for us. Our dog got very sick, both kidney and liver failing. The pet hospital was able to save her, but we don't know the extent of the damage.
