It's our family tradition: the last day of school is palačinke day! They are crepes "eastern Europe way" with fresh cheese. I use Italian Ricotta or German Quark and follow the recipe of my Slovenian Grandma 🇸🇮 #cooking

Palačinke are almost like French crepes, they are round, yellow and brown and you can fill it with almost everything sweet. This one has fresh strawberries.
