Marathon story from the other day; I did end up using it later successfully lol but didnt get much from it

text: "had a wacky Rook run where I spawn near Station in Perimeter, get shot at by a team there and book it to cover. I hear them exfil, and see a carrier drone. Lockboxes are at Station, so I shoot it down hoping for a lockbox key. Inside the cargo box is a key FOR THE LOCKED ROOM AT STATION, so I run up there and.......it was already opened, the team that had exfil'd moments ago were the ones that looted it, and so now I have a key that I dont actually wanna bring back in lmfao"

Marathon story: did a Rook run on Perimeter, just getting cash and storage drives and I run into the last team left on the map in the tunnels. They spare me, lead me to some players they killed earlier and tell me to take everything I can and they head off. These players were kitted the FUCK out

(Marathon Codex Spoilers) I got the last of the Grievance Log Records on Perimeter last night and this entry is legit really creepy. I know the spot this log is referring to and the water there is ankle, maybe knee deep at most…

GRIEVANCE || PLANETARY SECURITY || HUMAN RESOURCES: there are two (?) crews in the tunnel section between water treatment and the east station. they are not identifying themselves. they're down in the water and crouched in the water and when you go down there they're talking all the time. not showing identification and they go behind the grates if you get close probably two crews hear them in the night clearly visible with their eyes always above the water. my guys are accounted for and have assignments and they have never seen them but they don't work the tunnels so they come out and WILL NOT SHOW IDENTIFICATION there are maintenance vents we need to access when I shine a light they go back up the vents and they push together and damage the enamel which will need a MAINTANENCE crew and even if they're in the water they're not authorized to be there and make them get out. -491221M

I'm closing out a Rook run at Outpost and SOMEHOW find a master clearance card in a med cabinet THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN SEARCHED and run to an exfil with 49 seconds to go. I coulda easily gone for the final exfil but at least this way kept me outta the way of any remaining Rooks, I had stuff I wanted!
