Wrestling, books, cats, adventures.
Movie of the day is Fargo (Netflix). I’m positive I’ve seen it before but I remember nothing.
Tonight is Saltburn (Disney+). I’ve heard mostly good things, though I’m not positive it’s a thriller/mystery, but a few people recommended for the theme.
Tonight is a rewatch (after at least 10 years) of Red (Peacock). I enjoyed this the first time around.
Tonight’s movie is The Hateful Eight (Peacock). Somehow didn’t realize this was a Tarantino movie but too kate to back out now.
Today might be a binge watching day while I do housework - Enola Holmes 2 (Netflix)
Kicking off today with Enola Holmes (Netflix). I’m rewatching film 1 to refresh before watching 2 and 3.
Tonight I watched The Prestige (Disney+). Really good supporting cast. I’m not a fan of Bale and Jackman is, well, another disappointing man.
I’m really trying to watch films I’ve not seen, so tonight I’m watching Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (HBO Max). I think I heard about it when it was released but that’s about it.
A few pics from this week. Dani Pereira was traded to CF Montreal. 🥺 I hope they appreciate our Dani. I’m also going to learn to doodle/draw. I hope.
Executive decision to watch all these movies since multiple people recommended them. Next up is Glass Onion (Netflix).
Starting Mystery/Suspense/Thriller July with Knives Out (Peacock)! I really like the cast. It’s an eccentric collection of people.
Back to queer movies! Starting today with an absolute favorite - The Broken Hearts Club (Tubi).
Did self defense training yesterday and discovered I’m a menace to office supplies. I shot the binder clip that was on the left side. Clippy better watch out.
I have the time today, so we’re watching all the gay movies. Southern Baptist Sissies (Tubi) is up next. I love Leslie Jordan and Dale Dickey, and expect some great comedy from this.
I love stand-up, so one more for today - Jinkx Monsoon: Red Headed Redemption (Tubi)
This morning I’m finally watching Bob the Drag Queen: Suspiciously Large Woman (Prime).
Had a great time at Death in the Family’s Pride & Punishment event last week. Me with wrestlers Ashton Starr and Devon Monroe, and friend/musician Shelby Specter, and friend/DJ Nick Vineland.
Today I’m watching another indy film that I’d not heard of - Girls Like Us (Peacock).
