He has been sitting on my desk at home held together with superglue for the last few years. I updated my home office over the last week and decided I needed a new SD Deathscythe so after spending the last 10 days working on the office, I spent the last day of my vacation working on the new SD Gunpla

Now on day 3 of waiting for the water effects to fully cure. I wouldn't mind so much but I'm going to have to go back in and paint the white foamy bits back on as this is supposed to dry clear. #nerdlings #minipainting

So I'm back to working on the Matricor by @pipermakes.bsky.social which means I painted up this little guy to stand on the base and give a sense of the enormous scale of this model (parts of which can be seen on the desk in the background #nerdlings #minipainting

Motherfucker. I was going to use some decals I still had from the 90s on my Terminator Captain, but they were disintegrating as they came off the paper so I started looking for my more modern Blood Angels decals to no avail, so I order some more and what do you know, 30 minutes later there they are

A partially painted terminator captain his armor is primarily orange red to match the OG Blood Angels colour scheme. In addition to the armor certain details such as his tilt shields, weapon casing, and imperialis have been picked out in yellow.
