I'm not sure you can tell the difference with the compression, but the left picture has much sharper grain than the right one. I know I'm nitpicking, the dartboard is like 1/3 the height of a 110 frame, so it's plenty sharp I guess, but I do keep obsessing over it

Btw, did you know that film looks stunning? Kodak Aerocolor for example! Previously used as an aerial surveillance film, in some markets you can get it respooled into 35mm canisters!
