This is more or less how I feel when I see someone talk about a "statistical framework". Okay, I see a statistical model! And that's an estimation procedure! I guess those two make a framework! But I can't know for sure because nobody defines it! And everybody keeps using it! Maybe I'm the problem!

This journal from the same publisher, where the header would arguably be more fitting, shows no such message. I have to assume someone bungled something up while tagging the journals in their collection.

I was browsing a psychology journal when I noticed this strange header. There's no further explanation I could find and clicking it doesn't lead anywhere, it's just... ominously hovering up there.
