I think it's time to let my Sweet Pea go. I raised him from a kitten and he's 17 years old. He has kidney failure and he's deaf now. He's got a lot of tummy problems, too. I don't want to let him go but I want to do what's best. 😭

I donated a bale of alfalfa for the Thoroughbred retirees at Old Friends Farm in Kentucky at Christmas and I just got the Spring issue of their news about the horses who live there. #sweet

While chatting with the checkout lady @traderjoesunited.bsky.social, i mentioned that is been away caring away for my mom, who has dementia. She gave me a little bouquet. What a sweet gesture after a hard week. Thanks, TJ!
