4years ago today ( day after the 40 degree day) I travelled to Manchester to talk about #ocd together with @PulestonDavies on @BBCMorningLive. Lovely day but we still have so much more to do to raise awareness snd understanding
I understand the need for balance but #science isn't about opinions but is about observations and data. I've had to change my beliefs dud to new data ...
Yesterday I took part in an #openwater #swim organised by @SDownsLeisure @seafoodwa ! I usually run but also #walk, #cycle, swim and #strength . Even small movements are important for #HealthyAgeing I am 73 #septuagenarians
One year ago today we swam down the River Cam in Cambridge followed by a picnic to raise awareness of #OCD with @OrchardOCD . We were joined by the amazing #ProfessorTrevorRobbins #DrSharonMorein and #EnesKartel

Over the last 3 days i have been at the most wonderful inspiring international conference on #ocd attended by clinicians, scientists , people with li experience . Held in London by @OrchardOCD , it has been exciting , inspiring, encouraging and fun. Wonderful friends/colleagues!

Today i was supposed to be #running #Blackpool #Marathon (my 22nd marathon since age 59) but noisy hotel and got in my head and slept for <1hour. Felt sick , started running and was sick. Ended up just running the 21k of a half 😭#run #healthyageing #geriatric #septuagenerians
