A question for BlueSky Science. I bought these to books in the 90s and they’ve helped me to navigate the world ever since. Is Edward de Bono a forgotten figure now? Has history labelled him a snake oil salesman or has his theories been developed? I’ve often wondered.
And if they’re looking a bit pooped, you would too in woollen waistcoats and tights in 30c heat.

Started on my #TGOC26 journey by immediately going feral. Opened my sausage roll 1 minute before the train arrived, dropped in on the train floor while manhandling my pack, and continued eating it as I sat down. Ah well, what will be will be.
Feeling a bit defeated today. It was blowing a hooly on the edges today and I was even slower than usual. After 6 hours and only halfway on my route (8.6km) I threw in the towel. Still, I have some nice photos.
Decided to start with Grindsbrook Clough, and made a grand total of 3.6km in 2.5 hours. Every man , woman and their dog passed me on the way up. But the view at the top was spectacular. #hiking
A two day training hike starts today walking the Edale Skyline. But first I have to get there.
A gap of six weeks and I took half an hour longer to walk the High Peak Trail and so missed the bus. I have to wait an hour for the next one dammit. At least it’s a warmer wait than last time.
The lovely thing about walking solo is that you can stop at a bench 200m along from the last bench you stopped at.
