👉 Claiming U.S. citizenship when you are not a citizen is a serious federal crime and grounds for deportation.
👉 Officers are legally allowed to detain someone temporarily to establish identity if they refuse to cooperate.
👉 Photographing a subject during a stop is standard procedure and can be used for identity verification, including facial recognition.

The National Shrine of Mary, Queen of Peace (ie EDSA Shrine), built to commemorate the first People Power Revolution (which overthrew the elder Ferdinand Marcos in 1986), and was the main gathering point for both the first and second People Power revolutions (the second of which overthrew Joseph "Erap" Estrada in 2001).

Taking a photo from this angle removes all the decades of urban buildup that have surrounded the site of the shrine since then.
