In the last 6 years, my girlfriend was killed, i got cancer, then covid on top of a constellation of other medical issues. one of the worst results of all this is reading is now VERY hard. I've never experienced this, it's devastating. I decided to go back to my 1st fave book before I could read.

I finally got my sweet kitty's grave decorated. She died Feb 8, and we buried her under an apple tree in our yard. I have a grape vine to plant on the little arch. We always just called her The Baby, and good god i miss her more than I can say. She was my best friend and biggest comfort. #petGrief

Yesterday I felt well enough to go look for wildflowers. I was maybe 200 yards from my car and I heard car doors. Suddenly there's a man there, just watching me. Wearing shower slides and a fake Versace shirt. I stood tall and said ARE YOU LOST OR SOMETHING? In a cunty voice.
