I will concede that their news coverage has actually improved in the past 4-6 months, and they've mostly backed off from the enraging euphemisms. But there is this.
No argument from me there! But I do think it's worth exploring why so many liberal straight women feel that impulse to defend the misogynist and insist he can change. Wiring from childhood? Obligations of heterosexuality?
Here's the thing: the marginalized people he mocked and disrespected were never misled. Our privileged friends just refused to listen to us, which happens over and over.

In 2023 I ranked US states by similarities to police states, listing those with 6+ similarities. When I mapped these states, they basically traced the Confederacy. They never were democracies, and their corrupt lawmakers keep finding new ways to crush their own people, now w/full federal backing.
