Baked a couple more experimental sourdough loaves today: Ramp Pesto and Garlic Chili. The added oil softens the crumb a bit, but they came out tasting great! 🍽️

Rewatching The Big Hit (1998). Still pretty funny. Takes on masculinity that are still relevant (though also ultimately flawed). Also, I forgot Avery Brooks was the mob boss in it.

Finally finished this Enterprise [NCC-1701 Refit] model. One of the biggest models I’ve ever put together (34” long)! I’m not the best painter, but trying my hand at this definitely taught me how to do it better next time.

In other news: Apparently, I could have had a standalone instance of MilkDrop running this whole time. So it's time to take it back to the year 2000. Also enjoy this Beastie Boys x Sade mashup I made the other day.

We made Monte Cristos with my Millionaire’s sourdough (contains dates & pancetta) last night. Also added some persimmon jam we got at the farmer’s market. 🍽️

Update: Definitely getting a better feel for it now. Balancing all the mechanics and the drifting is overwhelming at first, but there is a nice flow to it once you get them down. #BlackskyGamers

I'm also playing Skate Story which is a whole other vibe. It's more of a set of poetry made into a skateboarding game. The gameplay is remarkably tight and fun to master. The sound is also excellently mixed, which intensifies the whole experience.
