The Trump Accounts site shows the following estimates. To achieve these numbers, you need to contribute the yearly amount from birth until 55, not just the first 18 years. It assumes 10.5% growth. Most people can't afford to contribute $5k per year, and the growth assumptions are very aggressive

Just reserved a BMW iX3 to replace our Rivian R1S. We still have a Rivian R2 reservation, and will wait until Rivian releases the full details of the R2 before making a decision. But it will come down to the iX3 or the R2. Leaning heavily towards the iX3 at the moment.
Just got rid of our 20+ year old furnace and replaced it with a Jetson Heat Pump. Really loving the variable speeds for quieter operation. Now we have solar, daily drive EVs, and heat/cool our home with a heat pump. Still using gas for our stove and water heater though.

Looks like Cathie Wood and Ark are going to need to update their delivery projections again. They estimated 5.8-14.4 million deliveries in 2029. Now Tesla is saying only 3 million (which is still unlikely). seekingalpha.com/article/4699...
Plus his 60% trade deficit cut is complete BS. He is cherry picking numbers from the massive increase in our deficit just before he got elected as companies imported everything they could before tariffs hit. In reality his has barely moved the deficit.
