Maplewood, Minnesota is just 3Ms in a trenchcoat. It should be dissolved and split up amongst its neighbors- we're not a strong town.

Trends look bad for future affordability- Twin Cities housing production fell short for the second year in a row. We need to produce a total of nearly 18,000 housing units per year, including 2,000 affordable units. The last 2 years we have built 12,000 units per year- 33% short.
