It’s after 5:00 & I need a nice special coffee after the busy day with the grandkids. Son & daughter also had one with me!
When daughter is here we splurge on a special coffee at home: sugar rimmed glass, Kahlua, Bailey’s, coffee & whip cream on top. SO good! We have fantastic weather so far & grandkids are enjoying the outdoors & sleep well.
Red rose & yellow rose both still bloom after 40 years-more coming but these ones have bloomed already.
As a child I grew up with dachshund dogs then when I married we had german shepherds. Quite the change!
Our little grandson loved the pancakes (and had more than what is on this plate) we made using cookie cutters.
Hi all, just got in & I know it’s late for most of you but I’ll post a photo of the 8 books I picked up at the library to read to our almost 5 year old grandson this weekend. Hopefully he likes some of them!

Nothing better than having our little grandson for the day. He’s very tired now (maybe let him have an hour nap in a bit) but playing with the toys & listening to his yoto stories. Helps us forget the trouble in the world for awhile.
Unfortunately we no longer have a dog but soon as we married we always had German shepherds until our children all graduated from high school. This is one of them. Hi everyone!
