I am delighted to share that my review of Cristina Fasone's excellent book has been published in the latest issue of the European Law Review. It was a real pleasure to engage with such a thoughtful and timely contribution to contemporary constitutional scholarship.
Before leaving Bogotá, we had the pleasure of presenting Cesare Pinelli's latest book and engaging in a multilingual discussion on the legacy of Italian constitutional law scholarship—and much more! Thanks to Francesco Biagi and the iacl_aidc for organising this book launch.
An amazing day at the IACL WCCL presenting 2 works. 1. On openness as a constitutional design tool to resist illiberalism, despite the crisis of multilateralism. 2. Using Star Trek’s Federation to discuss federalism as a structural brake against power centralization.

It was fantastic to present our new book (with Pablo Castillo Ortiz), 'The Eurosceptic Mobilization of Constitutional Law' at the ICON__S conference yesterday in Dublin. Thanks to the discussants!
Several members of the Stals Pisa crew took part in the ICON__S conference, presenting their papers and books. This year's edition in Dublin once again proved to be a fantastic opportunity for academic exchange, thoughtful discussion, and new collaborations
Yesterday at third ReConNet Conference (sites.google.com/view/reconne...), I presented reflections on Euroscepticism and the mobilisation of national constitutional law, drawing on my new book (with Pablo Castillo-Ortiz), The Euroskeptic Mobilization of Constitutional Law (OUP).
So happy to see this volume finally published. I feel truly privileged to have co-edited it with two giants in the field. This book is dedicated to the memory of Emilios A. Christodoulidis.
Here are some photos from the book launch of "The Eurosceptic Mobilization of Constitutional Law" (OUP 2026) at LUISS Guido Carli. Thanks to the organisers and the brave audience on a very hot Roman afternoon!
