RIP Tony Rayns, an absolute titan. We were lucky to work + correspond with Tony a wee bit, but his work and legacy are kind of a struggle to behold - writer, programmer, curator, translator/subtitler, screenwriter, commentator - just eons of doing the lord's work for cinema 🙌

I think the experience of this movie improves with an audience, and a big screen. I previously watched it alone and found myself searching for fellow witnesses in the room.
