Depressing Friday conversation, speaking with the Husband about recently when a dossier at the Museum of Surgical Science was lamenting about how we are going to have to manufacture child sized iron lungs. It was so sad. Photo not from this museum.

On this Terry Pratchett Day, I remember the time I went to his signing for Thief of Time. I was too late and the line had closed. A wonderful employee asked if he would stay 5 minutes later and upon his acceptance, added me last. He was a wonderful author and a kind man.
