The thing I like about running the Youth Academy program is that I get to work on a 2 stroker 😅 Haven’t done in easily couple of decades but is all coming back very quickly. And yes I know we’re running a bit rich 😝

Back from the racing weekend, Workington is a long way but an amazing place. First up, Hooligans: waiting for confirmation but Skye Adams is the new UK Hooligans Champion. She retakes the crown she won in 2024. An amazing achievement, 5 🥇 and a 🥈give her enough going into the last 2 races

Jack posted about his WC podium on IG, and Karl (his dad) this pic represents all the families behind the riders. You know, parents that drive 14hrs. to get to a meeting, don’t get a birthday present because is better to buy a pair of tyres, the kitchen that won’t get done to get the 2026 model..
Making my little contribution to help riders make it. We met when he was 15 riding Youth, yesterday he podiumed at the World Championships. So go to your local meeting, spot that kid. End of meet slip their parents money for tyres, petrol, kit, whatever. Without there’s no next generation riders.
Bloody hell that was a Final, 6 restarts and a line up later, Tim Neave (Ducati) takes the win and Jack Bell (Triumph) third. Good evening for the Brits with Ashton Boughen (Duc) 4th, Gary Birtwistle (Royal Enfield) a bit behind after a jump start.
Looks OK at first but on closer inspection… 748/9*6 series air filters need replacing regularly. I’ve seen chunks getting sucked into the velocity stacks and it ain’t pretty… (And before someone comes along, yes 998 too..😅)
