A drawing sheet with multiple sketches of the same character : the bug horse. It’s a creature I made that looks like a fatter and squishier horse, except the ears are replaced by antennas and it has six legs. Top right : a study of the flehmen response in a horse (curling its upper lip and showing its teeth). On the right sideof the sketch, the bug horse imitating the normal horse. Top left : the bug horse held in an open palm. Under it, the creature is squishing itself like a seal while a finger boops its nose. Below, the bug horse stretches its neck the most it can. In the middle is shown the bug horse doing a big stretch, even stretching its mouthparts which can extend past the lips. Bottom right is a view of the creature with its mouthparts out and drooling. It often forgets to sets its parts back in after a good stretch. Bottom left : the bug horse places its mouthparts back inside. When its done, it smiles showing all of them in the usual position. Bottom middle : a tiny sketch of the bug horse half-body.

Red hoods Coming back to 2021 again with this #illustration of a silly #harpy #flock in a pine forest. I like the #creature design, might rework it one day
