so right. trevor letowski was only an assistant coach for 5 seasons. that’s not enough. not as many as derek lalonde. he was an assistant coach for… oh wait, 5 seasons. also letwoski is just leaving. they didn’t fire him. i like the lalonde hire, but this logic is unsound.
not that offer sheets are an actual tool the canadiens would use, but this year they likely can't use that tool. they don't own their own third round pick. they only qualify for 3 of the 7 offer sheet tiers:
oops, here’s my blog about dobes gros-match-ce-soir.bearblog.dev/jakub-dobes-...
barbashev’s stick absolutely pushes freddie’s glove hand. the puck is in between the glove and the body. barbashev pushes the glove and the puck follows. i agree it’s inconsistent with the one on dobes. that shouldn’t have counted either.
bro traded an unprotected first plus for justin faulk because all of michigan was shouting “DO SOMETHING” at the 2nd most important figure in franchise history. there is an yzerman factor, it’s just not what friedman says it is. www.sportsnet.ca/nhl/article/...
that’s all folks! i’m having a root beer anyway. that was fun. let’s do it again next year. maybe stay a bit longer.
my step dad and i consider ourselves authoritative voices in the convenience store honey bun space. this kind of conversation happens often.
game one this year was up 33% from last year’s ecf game 1 between these same hurricanes and the team the nhl has wanted to shove down our throats for the better part of 3 years. hockey fans like hockey! this constant handwringing about a canadian team is silly.
sending four players under the hash marks to outman two habs, leaving a 50 goal scorer alone in the slot, only to lose that 4 on 2 anyway is pretty bad.
