Here are just a few of the things the B.Life YPAG wanted to achieve, from the very personal to the global.
We began with the question: “In an ideal world, with unlimited time and budget, what would we like this project to achieve or represent?” This helped the group decide the project aims and values, and what skills they wanted to develop from being involved.
Here’s more on what they did 🧵 We recruited 8 young Black people from/connected to London with an interest in music & mental health to co-produce the project aims & content. It was a broad brief so we decided to focus on telling this narrative creatively.
Our recent B.Life zine wanted to co-produce & co-deliver a project focused on music & mental health for young Black people – so of course we wanted to get some young Black people involved! The YPAG (Young People’s Advisory Group) was made up of young people living in/connected to London.
