I was just scrolling through Pinterest, enjoying my day, and I see this. What in the holy hell is this?!?! I get that its a horse-skunk, but what???? What is happening here? Is this a children's book???

Also penguins (thay I could've sat and watched for hours), a shark cookie that was too precious not to buy, and some very unphotogenic rays thay were adorable beyond description (and much slimmer than I expected)

Went to an aquarium for my birthday and had a great time! My faves were definitely the octopus, moon jellies, and the seahorses :3

I've really been enjoying looking at all the spring plants that pop up even before the dandelions start to flower. Every time I walk the dog we are going through huge swathes of dead nettle with the grass, onion grass, and chickweed surrounding them. Just had to sketch them🌱✨💚

Spending the day celebrating the coming of spring! Cleaned up the garden and started some seeds, and enjoyed a walk through the chickweed and dead nettle this morning. Next is Quiche Lorraine and asparagus tonight is for dinner! Happy Spring everyone!

Alrighty, I wanted to make a cute little cat burger! I got the base mesh into Zbrush. It's been a minute and I forgot how much it hated tris, so it took me a minute to clean it up before I could get it in ( 🙄 ) Hoping to give it a little more life now!

Another plane I really enjoyed was the Standard J-1 from WW1. I wouldn't have thought colors and patterns were used like this in war time, even just for a training model, but still very cool to see! #NationalAirForceMusuem #refrence #materialrefrence #planes #historical

Standard J-1 Plane from WW1 exhibit description from the National Air Force Museum. It reads " The US Air Service used the a standard J-2 during World War 1 for primary flight instruction. Although 1,601 J-1's were produced by four manufacturers (Standard, Dayron-Wright, Fisher Body, and Wright-Martin), the J-1 never achieved the popularity of the more numerous JN-4 'Jenny'.
The fabric covering fuselage has been removed to illustrate the wire-braced wooden construction typical for the aircraft of the time. It also reveals the dual controls and relatively simple cockpit instrumentation. The black tank in front of the forward cockpit is the fuel tank."
