Wonderful evening with my friends Jerome Charyn and Lenore Riegel, celebrating the launch of Jerome’s 55th (!) novel, Silver Wolves, a love letter to 1950s NYC that I’ve heard so much about but never got to experience. Jerome’s novel makes you feel like you were there.

Just devastated at the passing of my friend Tom Gerbasi. We were just talking about his new boxing book. He was a dear friend and a devoted husband, father and grandfather. 57 years old. This world is so unfair.
What a joy talking craft with one of the great Irish storytellers Colum McCann at our book club this evening. Apeirogon is one of my favorite books, and his newest novel, Twist, is an extraordinary look at the broken times we live in.
Keith Rosson is one of the best storytellers out there. His new novel, Coffin Moon, debuts today, and I promise it's worth your time and treasure.
