Today’s adventure, stop at Wendy’s in Idaho Falls for Frosty’s and packets of chili sauce (you have to ask and, yes, they’ll look at you weird). Next, drive to McDonald’s for French fries, which are delicious dipped in ketchup and chili sauce. Last, head to @darthbluesky.bsky.social’s mother ship!

Perhaps it is my age, but “Swirly” seems like a terrible name for a mascot - especially one that is trying to talk you into unchaining him from a cinder block wall.
I know that Mr. Mittens and our very good girl Luna will give Lacey a warm welcome on the other side of the rainbow bridge. <3
We don’t get to Eugene often, but both Bao Bao House and the Savanna Bananas were worth the drive.
Once you notice bisexual lighting being used, you cannot unsee it. This is intentional. I will not be gaslit.
During the 2020 lockdowns one took over this garden shed for about a week. “Oh, you left the door open? Fine, I live here now…” I don’t remember any urges to cuddle. It was more of a “Hello!? I’m going to go over and get in that car - please don’t pounce on me and kill me!” situation.
@darthbluesky.bsky.social have you seen Enoki, the latest red panda addition to the @oregonzoo.bsky.social family? I just saw her on Instagram and already like her more than most the people I know.
Griffith Park, the Zoo, the Observatory, Dodger Stadium, Burbank Airport, Downtown, Hollywood, Angeles National Forest, etc. are all less than 20 minutes from this spot - and it is still just a tiny sliver of what this great city has to offer. Been here for almost 50 years and still love it.
“Did someone say French fries?” They have a pretty powerful lobby here as well.
