Easy cookie recipe - palmiers. Store bought puff pastry, cinnamon, and sugar. My puff pastry was a little dried out so these came out a bit rough, but still very edible!

#MigraineChat My phone's screen brightness doesn't show a percent but if I had to estimate, mine is almost always set on 5-10%. How about you?

Phone icons for wireless, Bluetooth, volume, location and brightness. The brightness meter is set nearly to the lowest possible.

Update Salvaged enough of some produce to make one dinner tonight. And made a pie crust from scratch since my go-to "safe" store-bought shells are out of stock everywhere. I know the crust needs work, but hopefully it's edible. TBD, having a mini Thanksgiving tomorrow. I'm tired.

My fluffball loved sitting under the tree, especially if there was ribbon to nibble. I had to say goodbye to her this summer. It was hard to put up the tree this year.
