I think of all the bloat and "features" Microsoft love to cram into Windows 11, PowerToys should be the one feature that comes pre-installed. Command Palette, FancyZones, and Grab and Move just made the demented operating system less annoying to use.
Been mealprepping gulai curry for about a month now since gulai vendors often cheapen out on the meat. So I went all in with the meat (beef cutlets, beef lungs, etc) and made the stock extra thick (add water upon reboiling). Each batch can last up to a week in the freezer.
