Vacation trip with family. Spend nice couple of days in the Päijänne national park. Absolutely perfect weather all the time 😎

Enjoying the Finnish midsummer. Nice weather, midnight sun, swimming, barbecue and a bonfire to ward off witches and evil spirits! So far 0 witches and evil spirits spotted, so it's working!
Season started, nice weather, good food, sauna and dipping into lake Päijänne. Waterlevel is quite low, made it interesting for docking 😅 Hugo was also enjoying himself.

Normal boat owner stuff. Rear windlass was beyond repair, so I figured that we'll take it out. Easy, I was told. Took 2 guys 4 hours and some heavy tooling to get it come off 😅 Nice quality work though.
I've been doing my best to enjoy the long weekend. Got around renewing the varnish on some parts of the boat (still needs couple of layers). Also spent some time to research if The Phantom was originally an influence for Batman. Now I am ready to return to work!
Today Hugo was showing off his newly learned tricks. Turning circles in place, keeping the front paws on top of the platform.
Nice weather for stroll in the woods. Not that much snow this winter (so far), but otherwise feels like a proper winter! Hugo heard something and looks extra alert.
Just saw this in Google Cloud Console. Who would ever want to be surprised when requesting a design? 🤔
Straight from sauna to balcony, it's -20 something Celsius out and I have a long drink in hand. I can feel stress escaping from my body with the steam.
Last year was busy, but still managed to get int some books. Funnily enough, the shortest and longest book of the year were also otherwise quite the complete opposites 😅
Finally got a proper winter in here. Snow and fresh -20C temperatures 🙂 The upside, nice and sunny winter days. Took my daughter to the stable yesterday and had to just stop and enjoy the day.
Another year wrapped up for reading. Might still squeeze in a book though, now that I have few days off work.
Visited graveyards today to get to that festive spirit. Managed to spot the change of the honor guard at the war heroes memorial.
Sauna cleaning time. Now it's all scrubbed and ready for the Christmas!
