If anyone is interested, had my ACDF spinal/neck surgery a couple of weeks ago. All is well Was home the next day & recovering well. Bit painful, wound has healed nicely- I'm going to say i was in a fight!! A few more wks off work though - so bored!! Also, on half pay now which ain't great.
2 wks on 29th - had call from admissions today. Feel crap as I've been off my arthritis meds for 3 wks now so my joints are awful. Plus rolled my foot yesterday & have a cracking bruise. Bloody painful

I have a '1 of a kind' village Coronation medal for "winner of correctly identified scarecrows". I'll fight anyone who'd give it to that orange blimp! I'd probably hit them with it as it's quite hefty!! It has since been awarded for taking the bins out/hoovering & other acts of bravery by our kids!
