We’ve done the same. Switched over in Jan, make a pot every Sunday night and then batch up to eat over the week with daily curries, dals etc. It keeps better, reheats beautifully and is much easier to cook as well as being healthier ❤️ Current scenes!

Teacher salaries haven’t increased as much as average earnings. (Doctor lines are same). But I always wonder: how much of this is because of huge minimum wage increases bringing the average up?
