Also, making this a Live Photo background on my phone has had me 🥹🥹🥹🥹 every time I open it. I get to see him move and smile again in the last picture we ever took together.
We got to travel all over together - he visited 10 different states! For a dog we found in a silver lake dumpster, he had such a great life and his love showed that he knew that. He spent his last few months in Indiana chasing deer and playing in the yard. It was so great to see him in paradise.
Especially after my ex and I broke up and I moved to New York, my biggest fear was him spending his final moments all alone. His heart attack was sudden and unexpected, and he took his final breath as I was holding him rushing to the vet. Losing a pet is always inevitable but he went the best way.

This is so real tbh. I was working remotely for five years, and all of my team was in different cities. Career advancement was difficult and I didn’t even realize how unhappy I was until I got a new job that’s in person 3x/week. Team cohesion and productivity seems stronger too.
My tinfoil hat is that the anti-AI movement is also astroturfed by China because they'd love to take over as the leading tech world power. What better way to do that than ensure Americans are poisoned against it? And most of the negative effects of AI are already present (and worse) with TikTok...
