I’m sorry. I guess if I’d debuted, this would be a graduation.

After nearly four years of Mizore Nakaya, I am finally laying her to rest. I’ve done much as Mizore Nakaya, so much that I am proud of, and so much that I am sad to leave behind under a name I can no longer identify with.

She is a part of my life I will never forget, and I truly am proud of the things I did, championed and stood for as Mizore Nakaya. I adore those I met as her. I am proud of the good I did and communities I created as her. However, she carries memories and experiences of someone who cannot survive this current world. I lay her to rest in the last vestiges of the world she was birthed in. One far kinder. One far less riddled with danger.

I am honestly terrified of where to go now, but that is something I can only bring my friends and found family along to see. To the rest of you, even those of you who I lost the faith and trust of,

The rude tag is justified? The fuck does that mean? The rude tag is bullshit by default, you don’t get to argue it’s justified or not, otherwise you’re not a fucking ally of any of us here. You’re arguing for tags and labels that serve to censor queer and marginalised people on this platform.
